Water Will Help You To Lose Weight

The water is very important source. Water is life. About 60% of our body weight is water. You must learn to drink large amounts of water every day. If you make this your habit you'll easier get to your dream - weight loss. But we must drink water always not when we need to lose weight. When you do exercises the water helps on organism to convert excess fat to energy. Because of this reason drinks water when you do exercises, before and after workout. After workout drink much water.

Did you know that the blood is 80% water, brain - 72%, muscles - 72%? I know people who don't drink water or in small quantities. Don't do this mistake and don't change water with juice, but don't escape juices.

We can survive without food 3-4 weeks (don't forget that you mustn't go hungry), but without water several days. Water transports oxygen and nutrients to cells, helping with digestion. Water maintains our life.
