Here are the five golden weight loss tips:

Tip #1: First thing you should do if you want to lose weight is to believe that you can have good body and that you can control your weight. If you don't do that just forget about losing weight. I haven't herd of anybody who has lost weight without believing in that. -This is the most important rule if you want to lose weight

Tip #2: Many people think it's impossible to lose weight because of their "slow" metabolisms, but they are wrong. Maybe they have never had bodies like their favourite TV stars. You can lose enough weight to feel good. You must be sure in what you want and be very tenacious - and if you DO I'm telling you that you are going to have perfect body - just like a star!

Tip #3: I'll offer you to write on a piece of paper that after a year or a month (this is example you'll decide how much time you'll need to achieve your perfect body). Every morning and every evening read this piece of paper and imagine that you have your perfect body and I'll assure you that your "dream" will become reality.

Tip #4: Then start making exercises and decreasing calorific food. You must throw away all your pastry. Eat more fruits than you used to. Go out, swim, go to sport centers and enjoy your time (but feeling good mean eating). You must not eat only things, which you don't like, you can eat sweets but let's say once a week.

Tip #5: If you fail at first don't stop trying again and again until your plan succeeds (Determine where you make mistakes, fix them and try again!). And remember - you must be very tenacious and nothing can't stop you!
