In the summer it is great to go to swimming pool as it helps you cool down from the summer heat. I myself swim around 2,5 miles a few times a week.

Another weight loss exercise mostly preferred by women is an aerobic exercise which not only keeps you toned but also helps you loose weight. If you go to aerobic class you can burn more calories because the teacher will give you special weight loss exercises . For about 30 minutes you can burn around 240 calories.

Cleaning the house is also considered an exercise; climbing the stairs; going shopping and so on.
